Still the Same midi loops/jams !!

Since updating to 10.2.2 (and 10.2.3 is the same) I’ve been getting “midi jams” or loops/sustains weird ! Tried to reset all midi options but problem still there.
Using MOTU Midi Xpress, tried using others like M-audio with no luck. Everytime I either change tracks or stop/play it transmits a low midi note and I cannot make it go away ! It was driving me crazy ! Went back to Logic Pro X 10.2.1 and all is good. I’m using OS X 10.10.5. Perhaps El Capitan does not have this problem.
Strange ! Anyone experiencing similar issues ?
