What is going on??

Personally I haven’t have had logic for too long, but this last update completely threw everything out of wack. There’s twice as many system overloads now, and I can’t even share my music through email anymore. Everytime I am in the process of emailing a project Logic crashes completely. Highly disappointed, because I know this is supposed to be such great software. I dont want to switch to a new product, but how am I supposed to get my work with this kind of stuff occurring.
